It is the early death of children before reaching the age of one to five years; it may be due to the number of diseases such as weakness at birth, and diarrhea and many other factors are involved which are increasing its rate. This problem is not faced by only a few countries but there are several countries having the highest children mortality rate which are increasing the number of deaths per year. A survey reported more than 10 million children died before reaching their fifth birthday.From the last couple of years its rates had increased up-to a dangerous level following image is indicating the number of deaths per 1000 live births from 1985 to 2010.
